As the Talent Manager at Swift Current Energy, Olympia works closely with all members of the organization to support the development of people-centered programs in support of the company’s growth and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Swift, Olympia was a Talent Management Associate at Altus Power, a commercial-scale clean electrification company. While at Altus, Olympia managed the start-up company’s onboarding, internship program, company benefits, people operational compliance and supported the C-suite and board of directors. Before that, Olympia was a Human Resources Assistant at Seal Shield, a technology company specializing in waterproof computer hardware and UV-C sanitation. While supporting the geographically dispersed company’s Human Resources function, Olympia led full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding and supported the firm’s navigation of COVID-19. Prior to that, Olympia spent three years at a food and beverage start-up company, where she held various roles supporting store management, employee/manager training, and general operations.

Olympia received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Western Connecticut State University and her master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University.
