Noel Dugan serves as Director of Asset Management at Swift Current Energy. Noel is an experienced renewable energy professional with over 12 years of experience in multiple roles within the industry. Noel has managed over 200 projects that include PV, BESS, and wind technologies with a focus on Operations and Maintenance Management, Finance, and transitioning utility scale projects from Project Development to Commercial Operations.
Prior to joining Swift Current, Noel was Senior Asset Manager at Canadian Solar and Portfolio Manager at Radian Generation. Earlier in her career, Noel focused on project (data) migration and integration from acquisitions in the O&M division at SunEdison.
Noel holds degrees in Business Management & Finance with a Minor in Computer Science from Sonoma University, California State University.
