Karen Lathrop is a Development Manager for Swift Current Energy. Karen currently works on energy projects in the Midwest including development, acquiring land rights and managing landowner relations. Karen has over 14 years of experience in Project Management. She began her career in Human Resources and Public Affairs at Caterpillar, Inc. where she was responsible for coordinating large product group events, communicating Caterpillar’s quality and sustainability initiatives, and building Caterpillar’s presence in the community. Karen graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
