As Senior Manager of Development, Crayton Bare leads the transition of Swift Current Energy’s mid to late-stage development projects through the pre-construction and procurement project lifecycle phases prior to turnover to the Construction team.
Prior to joining Swift Current Energy, Crayton led the Procurement Services Department and served as a Preconstruction Manager at EDP Renewables. While at EDPR, Crayton oversaw late-stage greenfield and M&A development, was responsible for developing strategic supplier partnerships and led EPC contract negotiations supporting an operating portfolio of over 8GW, and over 4GW of new construction projects. Previously, Crayton spent time in the professional sports industry as the 28th round draft pick of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Crayton earned an NCAA Division I Letter and a BA in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from Baylor University.
