Brett Prior is the VP, Asset Management & Reporting at Swift Current Energy. An experienced renewable energy professional, Brett brings more than two decades of asset management, investor relations, M&A, equity research, and private equity experience to his role at Swift Current.
Prior to joining Swift Current, Brett served as a Principal at Franklin Park, a private equity firm focused on renewable energy. While there, Brett oversaw asset management for a portfolio of 800 MW of wind and solar projects and was responsible for FP&A and performance reporting. Previously, Brett was the Head of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff at TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global – two publicly traded YieldCos with 4 GW of wind and solar projects across 11 countries. Before joining TerraForm, Brett was part of the M&A team at SunEdison, where he worked to acquire over 1 GW of development-stage solar projects. Brett began his career as an equity research analyst for mutual fund managers in New York, San Francisco, and Honolulu.
Brett holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from Yale University.
