Brady Evans serves as a Senior Director of Development at Swift Current Energy. Brady brings over 15 years of experience from various positions in the renewable energy industry, leading teams in navigating successfully through all project phases.
Prior to joining Swift Current, Brady was Senior Director of Development at Conifer Power Company, where he applied his extensive background in development, construction, and operations to assist the team in their full-cycle development of wind and solar projects. He was an integral part of leading multimillion-dollar acquisitions through relationship building and an in-depth knowledge of the political and legal landscape in key target areas. Previously, Brady was at National Renewable Solutions and MidAmerican Energy overseeing greenfield development, project permitting and environmental relationships. His roles also included leading Turbine Supply Agreements, Purchase Power Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, and Build Transfer Agreements to ensure successful projects.
Brady was born and raised on a family farm in Northwest Iowa, where he attributes the values in project development to the communities we serve.
