Bob Evans serves as a Senior Director of Development at Swift Current Energy with over 20 years of experience in the utilities sector, specializing in renewable energy. Bob focuses on managing every stage of the development life cycle of utility scale wind, solar, and storage projects across North America. He has managed interconnection applications in multiple RTOs and brings a wide range of expertise to the siting and development of utility scale projects, as well as a long track record of success with stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining Swift Current, Bob was a Senior Development Manager at Walden Renewables and Capital Power Corporation. Bob holds a B.S. in Environmental Design and a dual MLA/MCP in Landscape Architecture and Community Planning from Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design, and Construction.
