April 9, 2018 – The HillTopper Wind project, a 185 MW wind energy facility located in Logan County, Illinois that was developed by Swift Current Energy, has commenced construction. Swift Current is pleased to also announce that it has partnered with Enel Green Power, who will manage the construction and be the HillTopper project’s long-term owner and operator.
