First Solar nabs 1.2-GW module order from Swift Current

January 13 (Renewables Now) – US thin-film solar module manufacturer First Solar Inc (NASDAQ:FSLR) today said it has received an order from Swift Current Energy to supply the Boston-based renewable energy company with 1.2 GW DC of modules in 2023 and 2024.
