December 17, 2018 — Stoel Rives congratulates its client Enel Green Power North America Inc. (EGPNA) on completing the tax equity financing for its 185 MW HillTopper Wind Project in Logan County, Illinois. The financing is being provided by Wells Fargo. Offtakers for the project include Bloomberg, General Motors, and both Starbucks and Comcast Spectacor (through Constellation). The project was originally developed by another Stoel Rives client, Swift Current Energy, and acquired by Enel at the end of 2017.
