TJ Hess serves as Site Operations Manager of Swift Current Energy’s Double Black Diamond solar site in Illinois, a project he supported from the construction phase and now leads in operations.
Prior to joining Swift Current, TJ held Operations & Maintenance management roles across a range of leading renewable energy companies, including Canadian Solar and Invenergy. TJ has managed O&M activities at utility-scale solar and storage project sites across the U.S., Mexico, and the UK.

Early in his career, TJ served in O&M technician roles at wind and solar sites, where he gained experience across a range of trackers, inverters, and other site-specific equipment.
