Stephen Bailey serves as a Senior Project Controller at Swift Current Energy. Stephen is responsible for project-level controls and processes, compliance, forecasting and reporting for projects in early-stage development through operations.
Prior to joining Swift Current, Stephen was at Advanced Power as a Senior Project Controller, where he was responsible for the accounting, treasury, and finance functions for their natural gas and solar projects. Prior to that, Stephen was an Accounting Manager at Talen Energy, LLC where he managed all month, quarter and annual close duties, coordinated financial reporting and audits, and supported the energy firm’s projects.
Stephen received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Winthrop University, and his master’s degree in business administration from Charleston Southern University. Stephen is also a Certified Public Accountant.
