Richard McGill is the Community Relations Manager at Swift Current Energy. Richard brings over 23 years of administrative experience in education and municipal government.
Prior to joining Swift Current Energy, Richard was Chief Operating Officer at Circular SynTech-New Madrid where he fostered positive relationships with all of the firms key stakeholders. Previously, Richard served as City Administrator for the City of New Madrid / Municipal Light and Power, leading all staff in daily municipal and utility operations.
Richard holds a BA in Mass Communications: Public Relations and MA in Public Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. He also holds an education specialist degree in Career Education and Workforce Development from the University of Central Missouri.
