Doug Ziegler serves as Senior Director of Asset Management at Swift Current Energy.
Before joining Swift Current Energy, Doug spent 10 years at EDP Renewables on the asset management team. His portfolio included utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage plants located across multiple North American markets. During his tenure, he focused on the commercial and financial management of operating plants; he also supported the development and operational onboarding of new plants. Previously, Doug spent six years at Black & Veatch as a management consultant with a specialization on North American electric market analysis.
Doug attended the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and received dual B.A. degrees in both Finance and the Business Honors Program.
