Andrew Breda serves as the Controller at Swift Current Energy where he oversees day-to-day accounting activities, implements efficient accounting processes, and maintains internal controls to ensure accurate financial information for stakeholders.
Prior to joining Swift, Andrew worked at Atlantic Power & Utilities for more than 13 years where he was most recently the Corporate Controller. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial audits, and internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Before that, Andrew was an Assistant Controller at Terra Nova Pub Group. Andrew received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Bently University.
