Alyssa serves as a Director, Legal, at Swift Current Energy where she focuses on project and corporate finance. Prior to joining Swift, Alyssa was as an Associate Attorney at Vinson & Elkins’ within their energy transactions and projects corporate group, focusing on project finance (tax equity investments and construction financing), renewables and infrastructure development. Before starting her law career, Alyssa was an Associate Director of Marketing and Sales at Epilady .
Alyssa holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston and a JD with a concentration on commercial transactions and operations management from the University of Houston Law Center.
