California-based Cypress Creek Renewables buys Mississippi County solar project

(Arkansas Democrat-Gazette) Swift Current Energy, a renewable energy company, has sold its northeast Arkansas solar power and electricity storage project called Steel River.

The Steel River facility, currently under construction in Mississippi County, was sold to California-based Cypress Creek Renewables, also a renewable energy company. The sale price for what will be a 2.45-gigawatt solar field and a battery storage system was not released.
